    This is pure excellence and an example for everyone to follow. All you want to do is have a good conversation , it is all about breaking down the wall. I myself was terrified of cold calling, but simple techniques just like this guy have lead me to setting 5-10 appointments per day in the solar business spending $0 on ads. just stay released, find some common ground, be good at bailing out when the call gets awkward and you will see amazing results. Cold calling is an essential recipe for success

    Bro...right now there's so many "professionals" BS'g everyone. I'm a mortgage broker and there's lenders out there saying whatever it takes to get business right now. Consumers beware. It's interesting to hear the same thing is happening with agents.

    What happens when they say they want off-market or pre-forelcosure deals but they won't send you their pre-qual letter or get approved with your preferred lender? My understanding is that you meet with them in the buyer consultation after you have the letter.

      Unfortunately no. When I walked in I realized they were kindred souls ;) They honestly looked like they could be sisters, so I knew right away the chances would be slim. But it was well worth the story!! And Shocking the Agent!!! If the agent would have politely confronted me at the open door of this obviously vacant house...she could have controlled the outcome.

      We're calling around a neighborhood where we have buyers who want to buy. We're asking them what plans they may have to consider selling. 25% of our business comes from this. Several hundred thousand dollars in income a year!!
